Deep Joy, with Geordie Jahner

An Open Floor Dance Workshop, Wellington, 25-26 November, 2016

Deep Joy

w/Geordie Jahner, Ph.D.

“There are shortcuts to happiness, and dancing is one of them.” ~ Vicki Baum

Come join us for an open evening dance Friday night (November 25), 6:30-9:30pm

And a 1-day deeper dive onto the Open Floor, Saturday (November 26), 11am-6pm

Accessing the deeper states of joy can be one of the great benefits of movement meditation practice. Together we will explore an embodied experience of natural joy, and ways to creatively encounter and dissolve that which we discover may be between us and our natural state of joy.

Open Floor is a lively movement meditation practice that builds muscular and emotional intelligence. it is a dance floor discovery zone where we move and include; good days and tough ones, passion, hesitance, joy, sorrow, births, deaths and everything in between.

There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. The invitation is to come just as you are, and join others doing the same right alongside you.

Come join us on the Open Floor!
