Open Floor Movement Cycle Class
Do you want both mindfulness & movement?
Sit- Walk-Dance is a simple and accessible practice where we follow a sequence of sitting for a few minutes, walking for a few more, and dancing for a bit longer. We repeat this movement meditation cycle throughout the class. We move silently to music, with guidance from the teacher.
